Slate is a minimal text-only Android home screen built for focus. Most launchers want to keep you on your phone. Colourful icons trigger recognition without thought, notification badges create artificial urgency, and recommendation widgets are optimised for engagement, not intent. Slate removes all of that. Sleep as Android is an alarm clock and sleep tracking app

Sleep Timer helps you fall asleep while listening to music or podcasts. When the timer stops, audio playback is gradually lowered then paused. 1. Add the Tile in the Quick Settings panel. 2. Tap the Tile to start a timer. 3. Extend, reduce or cancel the timer with the notification actions. Note: Don't look for a launcher icon, this app only provides a Quick Settings Tile. SleepTimer is a timer, like the ones in TVs an Hifi systems. After a specified time the devices standby mode is activated, as if the power button was shortly touched. It doesn't matter if a video or audio stream is played or another app tries to prevent the standby mode. Reactivating is possible by a short press of the power button. Unlike a typical presentation, only a few words are printed on each slide using very large characters. The slides use plain text in a visual manner, to help the audience quickly read and understand the material. It's said to be helpful with Japanese and other eastern languages which use non-Latin alphabets. The method is designed for the people who are not good at presentations and who are quite nervous about the idea of presenting. This method helps the presenter to get organized during the talk and keeps the presenter on track while presenting. The method provides clear visual support for the audience and helps make the content more memorable.

Slow Mail is an Android email client for reading and composing emails. As a key privacy feature, it does not store emails or message lists locally. All configurations can be exported to an (optionally encrypted) configuration file. These files can be imported into any Slow Mail client. You can either merge them with your existing settings or apply them as a temporary overlay, making the imported configuration (accounts, settings, PGP keys) valid only for the current session. The Android Smart Card Emulator allows the emulation of a contact-less smart card. The emulator uses Android's HCE to fetch process APDUs from a NFC reader.

Allow a host computer to use the smartphone's NFC hardware as contact-less smartcard reader. On the host computer a special smart card driver, vpcd, must be installed. The app establishes a connection to vpcd over the network when a contact-less card is detected.
